At our learning centre, students’ learning needs are identified through initial assessments and lessons are planned, designed and delivered by our highly educated and fully qualified teaching personnel to satisfy the learner needs as per the learning styles of each student. Here the teaching methodology is mainly learner-centred but monitored by our tutors so as to facilitate full length learning experience. Periodical formative assessments and tests are given to gauge the progress of the student. Students are given short term and long term targets and assistance is provided by able teaching professionals to achieve these targets steadily. At the end of each class tutors give constructive and non-judgemental feedback to the student so that he or she may reflect and retain the lesson items taught. A triangular approach that involves student-teacher-parent is adopted to aid the student achieve his or her targets.At the end of each school term, tutorial sessions are planned where the tutor feedback on the progress of the student is given to the parents.
